Joe Schaefer started the Meeting
Treasury Report. – Wendy reported a new balance of $294.00 less $244.50 for patches. Balance of $46.50. Last Meeting Minutes were handed out and approved with corrections made.
Old Business – Jeff handed out the new Club Patches.
Joe has updated our Web Site, New changes in the banner. Club ride dates to be posted.
VA Ride set for Sept 6th – Tomah Dan & Wendy to organize.
Fund raiser – Festival Foods July 12-13th Sat –Sunday
Looking into a Show & Shine in the Parking Lot.
Wis. Rapids Chapter Ride. – Jeff has been in contact with the WR Chapter for an Aug. 2nd group ride. Jeff to plan.
Haucks Motor Sports – May 10th – Stan to plan ride.
Regional Star BQ will be in MPLS for 2009, chapters looking for help.

National Star Days July 22-25th
AirTec – June 14th Special Open House
First Club ride for 2008 Aug 26th, Jeff to plan.
New Business.
Joe handed out Group Riding Rules to talk about. Road Captain rules discussed.
Club sponsors talked about. Multi sponsors would be welcome. Each sponsor needs to be registered with Yamaha.
We talked about which organizations we would look to for our donations from fund raisers. Food pantries and Feed the Children were discussed.
Julia VanLoo has made up Club signs for our events.
The Haucks ride May 10th was talked about for a later ride date.

Treasury Report. – Wendy reported a new balance of $229.00 less $50.00 to Gary P. for deposit with Festival Foods. Last Meeting Minutes were handed out and approved with corrections made.
Old Business – Jeff had revised the Club Patch less the banner. Next meeting, patches should be available.
Joe has received our Charter back.

New Business.
Joe stated that we had not received any new information on the new MPLS Chapters signings.We might hear something at the IMS Show in Feb.
Joe has two tickets for the IMS Show if anyone would be going on their own.
Saturday Feb 2nd trip to the IMS in MPLS.
Leave K Mart parking lot, under the big K. sign. At 9:00AM.Joe has room for six people.( Mike has already called for shotgun)
Club Patches – Jeff presented our options for the new patches. The club voted for the round patch to be bought. Patch orders were taken by Wendy at $5.00 each. Jeff will order 50 patches for now. Wendy collected $150.00 for patches.
Joe showed us an example of a new web site he has been developing.

Hauck Motor Sports in Rice Lake would like to sponsor a ride this summer. Stan will check with Hauck on dates.
Stan asked if we could get some club posters made for advertisement.
Julia said she would work up a couple design before they head south.
Joe read the Chapter Papers for all members. All members present signed the new 2008 Charter.
